Campos family sets aside P10B capex for Mandaluyong township project


Greenfield Development Corp., the property developer of bilyonaryo Jose Yao Campos, is investing as much as P10 billion this year for three major developments within its flagship Greenfield District township in Mandaluyong City.

Inquirer?s Biz Buzz reported the 12.8-hectare development will have residential, retail, and mixed-use commercial and office towers.

The company recently launched its 28-story business process outsourcing office building along Mayflower Street, which is currently at 12-percent completion. Meanwhile, the Twin Oaks Place condominium, which is one of the earliest projects in the district, is now on its second tower.

Zitan, another residential condominium, is currently 60 percent completed and should top off anytime this year.
