Driving along the boulevard of Havana in a top-down antique car; dining on suckling pig, blue crab paella and salted grilled prawns; visiting monuments of icons such as Ernest Hemingway and recently deceased Castro, Ben Chan is definitely sharing a different side of the Cuban lifestyle.
