Aboitiz group to build mountain resort community in Cebu


Aboitiz Land Inc. is scaling up its presence in Cebu with its planned 300-hectare mountain resort development.

Located in Bamban, Cebu, Foressa Mountain Town will be developed in four phases with the first phase, involving 51.5 hectares, targeted to start in the fourth quarter, Sun Star reported.

The company is offering an initial 114 lots with sizes ranging from 300 to 690 square meters.

Apart from this, AboitizLand will build a 400-hectare mixed-use township project that banners Filipino New Urbanism.

The project to be called Lekeitio will feature residential, shopping and entertainment, school and office, transportation, and community spaces
