Accolades pour in as Espenilla starts term as BSP chief

Nestor Espenilla, Jr. ascended as Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on Monday, July 3, hitting the pinnacle of his career after 36 years of working at the central bank.
