Anchor Land maintains strong growth


Binondo-based property firm Anchor Land Holdings Inc. reported a 22 percent jump in profit in the first had to P318.12 million on robust take up its projects.

Revenues amounted to P2.49 billion, up 40.7 percent year on year as a result of continuing sale and construction of Monarch Parksuites, Oxford Parksuites, Princeview Parksuites, Admiral Grandsuites and Anchor Grandsuites.

Real estate sales grew 47 percent to P2.18 billion, accounting for 88 percent of the total revenues.

Rental income expanded by 30 percent due to the increased occupancy of One Soler, One Logistics Center and of the commercial units in the Group?s completed condominium projects. The increase in rental income is in line with the group?s continuing efforts to invest and increase its recurring income projects.
