Ginalingan! 3 Customs ports hit April target mid-month

Other ports have more than a week left to catch up.

Three ports of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) happily reported that they have already reached their collection targets for April and with time to spare.

The BOC said that the Ports of Davao, Aparri, and Zamboanga have all hit their monthly targets three weeks into April.

In particular, the Port of Davao has collected P1.498 billion against the P1.491 billion target as of Thursday, April 19.

The Port of Aparri also raised P8 million, double the P4-million monthly target.

By Friday, April 20, the Port of Zamboanga has collected P23.5 million versus a P22-million goal.

Other ports gotta catch up!
