Cebu Landmasters, Lyceum partner for university township


Ceb?u Landmasters Inc. (CLI) and Lyceum of the Philippines have teamed up to build a university township in a 17-hectare property in Davao.

Construction of the Lyceum campus is targeted to begin in the fourth quarter.

The mixed– use development wil have academic, residential, commercial, office, hotel and convention components.

Of the 17 hectares, 5.2 had been set aside for the university which will feature an academic resource center, a pool, dormitories, maritime center, and a football field inside this development in Buhangin, Davao City.

CLI will also bring its flagship brand Casa Mira Towers which will serve as a convenient housing option for LPU students.
