BPI system outage stalls customer service
The systems of Bank of Philippine Islands went down Tuesday night (June 19, 2018) which it blamed on ?some network-related issues.?
The Ayalas? BPI said its ATM services may be intermittent and some clients were advised to withdraw over-the-counter. The bank said its online and mobile banking facilities are operating normally.
BPI said its ATM services were ?fully restored? as of 8:45 am, June 20, 2018.
Not true, said its clients.

FB user Steph Austria posted ?I can?t withdraw in ANY atm? at 4:03pm.
?Online banking still not functioning,? posted Sunshine Barvi at 4:31pm.
?Mobile app displaying that I don?t have any products enrolled?!? said James Montano Cansino at 4:37pm.
