No dial tone: inaccessible PLDT hotline draws ire from subscribers

 

If you?re having problems with PLDT?s services, don?t bother calling its customer hotline.

Accessing PLDT customer service is just impossible. Subscribers couldn’t get through or talk to a person on the hotline.

Frustrated customers took to social media to complain about the entirely worthless customer support.

Customers who complained on PLDT?s social media accounts were either redirected to the telco’s website or told to use the PLDT Home mobile app but to no avail.

PLDT, however, blamed all these on the Department of Labor and Employment which ordered 38 service contract providers to stop providing services to the telco.

?Bad business move,? said Clara Ibanez. ?They?re not taking care of their employees nor their customers at all.? (Eileen Mencias)
