Galante! Here’s how URC dealt with a customer complaint on Roller Coaster snack

 

He found a burnt piece in his chips, so here’s how the company responded.

Albay resident Jezra Deniega Dometita was munching on a pack of Roller Coaster chips when he noticed that one of the pieces was burnt and discolored. He took a photo of the pack and sent it to the customer complaints department of manufacturer Universal Robina Corp. (URC) just to see how they will respond.

To his surprise, URC replied to ask his complete address. Days later, he received a care package with free samples of Jack and Jill and URC’s food products.

Now that’s a grand gesture for an apology!
