CLI reservation sales surge to P8.5B in 2018
Cebu Landmasters Inc. saw its reservation sales soar 86 percent to P8.54 billion, exceeding its goal for 2018 on strong take up of its projects.
The company surpassed its P7 billion reservation sales target by 22 percent, driven by its continued expansion in the Visayas-Mindanao region.
Full sales value is expected to reach an all-time high P9.76 billion.
“The year ended even stronger than what we expected,” said Jose Soberano III, president and CEO of CLI.
CLI said 57 percent of the booked sales came from various projects in Cebu, 16 percent from Cagayan de Oro, 15 percent from Bacolod and 11 percent from Dumaguete.
Among its notable new projects during the year were Baseline Prestige, One Astra Place and Casa Mira Towers, in Cebu, as well as MesaVirre Garden Residences in Bacolod.
Soberano said 36 percent of sales also came from the company’s high-end residential segment. The mid-market segment and economic brand Casa Mira accounted for 34 percent and 30 percent, respectively.
For this year, the company will further branch out of its Cebu home base to Iloilo, Bohol, Ormoc, Gensan and Davao.
CLI is also set to build more townships and hotels to further augment its revenues.
