Monster ATM? Netizen slams BPI for trapped cash
This machine appears to be clingy to money.
A Facebook page exposed an apparent booboo of an automated teller machine (ATM) owned by the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) for not releasing the entire amount she had withdrawn.
Netizen Jonalyn De Los Reyes cried foul after she reportedly withdrew P8,000 from her BPI account via ATM, but the machine only released P4,000 to her.
Showing photos, she said that a P1,000 bill was stuck in the money slot and that the remaining P3,000 was left inside.
